“Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.”

 I have error in Microsoft outlook 2007 
           “Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened.”
  

i hard to fix  by resolution

 1. Run > outlook.exe /resetnavpane

 2. Do same this link

but this did not work for me.

1.uninstall Microsoft office outlook 2007
2.Restart Computer
3.install Microsoft office outlook 2010
