อาการเบื้องต้น : เมื่อทำการ Copy Sheet จาก File อื่นมาจะไม่สามารถ Save ได้จะขึ้น Error ตามรูปด้านบนนี้

 วิธีการแก้ไข : แบบไทยและอังกฤษ

• Click on Excel Office Button  ( กดที่เมนู ไฟล์ หรือปุ่มกลม ๆ ด้านบน )
• Click on the Excel Options button ( คลิกที่ ตัวเลือก )
• Select the Trust Center tab ( คลิกที่ปุ่ม ความปลอดภัย)
• Click on the Trust Center Settings… button  ( คลิกที่ จัดการความปลอดภัย )
• Select the Privacy Options tab  (เลือกเมนู  ตัวเลือกแบบส่วนตัว )
• Uncheck the Remove personal information from file properties on save box  ( เอาเครื่องหมายออก ที่หน้าช่อง |_|  ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากคุณสมบัติของไฟล์ที่บันทึก )

• Click OK   ( คลิกที่ OK )
