Outlook 2003
If you are using Outlook 2003, follow these steps:
(ถ้าคุณใช้ Outlook 2003 อยู่ ให้ทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไปนี้)
Click My Computer, and then double-click drive C.
(ไปที่ My Computer แล้วเข้าที่ไดว์ C )
On the File menu, click New, and then click Folder.
( กดที่เมนู File ด้านบน,แล้วคลิก New , คลิกที่ Folder )
Name the folder temp0.
(หลังจากที่่สร้างโฟล์เดอร์เสร็จแล้วให้ตั้งชื่อว่า > temp0 )
Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
(คลิกที่ Start , แล้วคลิกที่ Run ,พิมพ์ regedit แล้วกด OK )
Locate and then click the following registry key:
( เข้าตามที่อยู่ของรีจีสตี้นี้ )
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security\
(เมื่อถึงตรงนี้แล้ว)
In the right pane, double-click OutlookSecureTempFolder.
(ในช่องด้านขวามือ ให้คลิกที่ OutlookSecureTempFolder.)
In the Value Data field, type C:\temp0\ and then click OK.
(ในช่องของ DATA ให้เปลี่ยนค่าเป็น C:\temp0\ )
Exit Registry Editor.
(ออกจากหน้านี้แล้ว Restart เครื่อง)
Restart the computer.
