เมื่อติดตั้งปริ้นเตอร์ได้แล้ว ทดลองปริ้น มันออกมาไม่ยอมหยุดเลย ปิดเครื่องแล้วเปิดใหม่ก็ยังไม่หยุด
ถอดออกแล้วติดตั้งใหม่ก็ไม่หยุด ถ้าเป็นแบบนี้ไม่ต้องกังวลแล้วคะ กวางมีวิธี

1.Start > Printer and Fax
2.เลือกปริ้นเตอร์ที่มีปัญหา
3.คลิกขวาที่ปริ้นเตอร์ > เลือกช่องแท๊บ Port
4.เอาเครื่องหมายถูกออกที่ช่อง  Enable bidirectional support

For English

1.Start > Printer and Fax

2.select Printer

3.Right-Click > Properties 

4.Uncheck  =  Enable bidirectional support
